12 years with 5 jeeps and service has always been 5 stars. Jason and his team have always communicated exactly what is needed, expensive but reliable. In the last 30 years( I’ve only owned Jeeps) Normandin is one of two of the only dealerships that I trust, Faricy Bros in Colorado comes in 2nd. Thank you Normandin!

If you need something fixed on a fiat they are only able to fix it on weekdays
Love Jeep, but this dealership has been nothing, but headaches when it comes to servicing my vehicle. The professionalism lacks in communication and customer service. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here just for the Service Department. They will not return your calls, emails, and will not fix your car in a timely manner or correctly.

My truck has been there for a month for warranty work and still don't have it back. communication from service is terrible rarely return phone calls or emails. Edit: called said truck was ready 12/6/18 32 days after dropping off truck arrived a little after 4pm and inner fenderwell was still out from them working on it and transmission fluid was very low on dipstick. They can't even read a dipstick and worked on my transmission.

Chris G and Matt N were awesome. Very nice guys with no pressure sales and so easy to work with. I ubered from Santa Cruz and they now have my future business. I researched cars for 3 years and these guys delivered! They also have alot of cars to pick from and best prices i found in entire bay area. Thanks guys! My puppy liked them too.
