I got a Honda Fit there less than a month ago. The splash guard fell off on first week. Second week the hood started opening by itself. After a lot of trouble, they finally took the car in and fixed it. They lost my hub cap. I keep trying to talk to finances to enroll in autopay, nobody cares! 3rd week, hood is opening again! I get put on hold, nobody calls back. Freaking nightmare!

Excellent customer service! Came in last weekend to purchase a new car and was treated with the utmost courtesy, professionalism, and respect. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Definitely my new favorite dealership.
Great fast service got there at 7am got out my 8 right when the cashier opened they couldn’t have made it any easier for my Charger to be serviced. Very nice staff and great friendly faces.

I would give them a negative score if I could. We had recall work done on a Fiat and they never returned my calls for an update. I kept leaving a voicemail that was never returned. When I showed up at the dealership, they said the car has been ready for 3 days. They called the wrong number and left a message. If they had bothered to check their voicemail, it clearly stated the callback number which was the same number as the one listed on the paperwork.

The body shop did a great job fixing the damage to the passenger side of my car after an accident. The car looks brand new! They worked with my insurance company to get the necessary repairs covered. I am very happy I decided to have Normandin complete the repairs after I received quotes from a couple of body shops.
