Had recall done work and an inspection for brakes. The recall work took three days instead of one and I had to chase them for answers. The inspection didn’t mention brakes but showed a leaking A/C, bad transmission fluid, bad plugs, bad coolant. Just took it to another shop today, paid $160 for them to tell me NOTHING was wrong with my car. At all. They were completely confused and apologized for the dealership. Very disappointed as I bought the car there and had other work done there before with no problems.
$699 to replace a window regulator and a lightbulb on one headlight for a 2012 Fiat Sport, not a Chrysler 300 as listed on the invoice. Added an additional $17 to check the air pressure my tires, which I didn't ask for. And, the best part...they didn't even wash the car and left a razor blade on my leather passenger seat. I couldn't be happier right now!
