We recently purchased a Norfolk homes on Church Mead. All the staff from start to finish have been very professional, helpful and made the entire process as stress free as possible! We had a small snagging list (very minor) which was mainly completed before we moved in, we had a few outstanding snags which were dealt with within the first few weeks due to delivery of materials. Our experience with Norfolk Homes has been exemplary from start to finish. Chris the salesman was super welcoming and helpful with all our questions and last minute changes. We were sent regular updates throughout the build process and on completion, the house was perfect! Having had experience with other new build developers in the past, Norfolk Homes has exceeded them all.

When first coming to visit the Brooke Meadow Way development in Poringland, my girlfriend and I were not actually planning on buying a house yet - we just wanted to get an idea of what was out there. However, quickly won over by the environment, the homes and whole vibe, we found ourselves reserving a plot a couple days later. I moved into my new home in Poringland three weeks ago and I am delighted. The quality of build is exceptional and the development is lovely. Most other developments look barren and are without character. Norfolk Homes is very different - there is a real mix of style of properties which creates interest and adds to the wonderful ambience. Each property enjoys the benefit of a landscaped front garden and lawned back garden with patio area which doesn't appear to come as standard with all new builds.
