Helpful and easy to work with! Nick was super helpful. Living an hour away in Kansas City, I saw a great deal on used Toyota Sienna pop up and Nick answered all my questions, took additional photos for me, and had the car waiting for my arrival - enabling me to drive from KC with confidence, knowing this vehicle was a great option for my family. Initial Checkup I didn't buy my car from this dealership, so I was concerned with what kind of service I might receive. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service, quick and complete service, while I waited for my vehicle. I continue to use this service.
Waited over 4 hrs I scheduled an oil change and a complimentary multipoint inspection for $45. Upon drop off i was told the car would be ready in one to one and half hours. I dropped it off at 10:30 am, did not get a call so I decided to go around noon. When I arrived I was told the car was not ready and, that it would be another 1-2 hours. Great! I went for my first oil change (free) because I purchased a new Lincoln there. Too bad this dealership doesn't give more free oil changes when you purchase a car there--Lewis Toyota gives 4 free oil changes with a purchase from their dealership. Much nicer customer satisfaction. A free car wash is nice but 4 free oil changes would be nicer. Just sayin'!!!!
