I rated my salesman 3 stars because there were things he was not versed on, such as wireless Apple Car Play was intentionally removed in my particular model. After several trips back to the dealership I was able to confirm the issue (its removal) myself. I was told he was new, so I could cut him slack there, but I was told by Jake (sales manager) that within a day or so I would receive a call from Angelo (my salesman) to follow up on my purchase/satisfaction. My husband and I went Bennett in Lebanon because there no Tucsons to be found in Berks County. We loved the experience, especially Saturday hours. We would book an appointment early and then enjoy breakfast on the way home. 4 Stars because I took one off since Saturdays are no longer an option. It seems the staff is dwindling and not as attentive as before. I will mention that John K is still a bright spot.
John at Bennett was great! He helped resolve an issue I had with a different dealership. I will only work with Bennett going forward with anything I need for my Hyundai.
Bennett has a very comfortable waiting room. Check in was quick and easy and the service was performed in a reasonable time frame.
Had an amazing experience getting the 2018 Hyundai Tucson Limited! The staff was so nice and easy to work with. Huy showed me all the fancy things that went with the car which was so much more than expected. He went on the test drive with me as well which was super helpful. Huy also put some gas in the car for me while I did the paperwork, super sweet of him!
