Did you lose my vehicle? 44 days in your service department for a failed component? Vehicle under factory warranty, by no means a special vehicle. I’m betting the dealership is not very interested in this publicity. Further - it is always frustrating to hear bold faced lies. I overheard another customer, whom I do not know, told it was illegal for the dealership to not charge them and keep the take off used tires (state it is company policy don’t care, but do not create nonexistent laws). Amazing service go back in a heartbeat Went above and beyond to help me with my car. I would recommend service from these guys any day of the week. I had a basic oil change and they came to let me know that I had a few other things like a light bulb out and bad sensor on my tire.

Personable service Nice variety of coffee selection in their coffee machine and easy to make your own. They also have bottled water while you wait as well. Waiting area has decent sitting chairs.

Unhappy My wife and I bought our first Hyundai in 2008. It has never seen the inside of any shop other than yours. We bought our second Hyundai in 2011 and the same it true for it. In the beginning it was a joy to have our service work performed in your your shop. The costumer service was excellent as was the quality of service. I find it sad that I can no longer say that. My last visit was just about as bad as I'll let it get. I took our Santa Fe in for an oil change and to have both low beam headlight bulbs replaced. When ... read more
