Great overall experience. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Facility was very clean and comfortable.
Kept we waiting for 3 hours when parts weren't even available. Told me one thing, then back tracked and told me another. Gave me one price and then all of a sudden doubled it. Took business elsewhere.
Everyone was extremely polite, personable and informative. They were all very patient and answered all our questions without ever being pushy or coercive. I wonderful product expertly represented by Huy, Jake, Laura and Ralph. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I called and spoke with Ken this morning when they opened and discussed a used car they had and figured out pricing and explained that im not local and would have to rent a cargo van to get there to purchase the vehicle and even verified everything with him a few times prior to paying for the rental to make it there and set up a scheduled time to come and buy the car.
