Always great service The service professionals are always respectful and explain things well to me. They are flexible as well. I hit a giant pothole and had to move my appointment up a day earlier (my original appt. was for new tires ironically). Not only did they replace my tires in a timely manner, but they also checked my alignment since I told them I hit a pothole. I always feel comfortable coming here for service.

Disappointed I arrived for my 10:30 appointment at 10:15 this past Friday. I told them I Was going to see my spouse at the hospital later & would be back later. I came back at 2:30pm to pick up the Lincoln, and was told by the receptionist she didn’t have the invoice from the service department yet. She requested it and Received it after they finally total the charges. Then service person came in and told me that the finally found my car at the far end of the lot & would need my keys again. Poor communication with service adviser. Call me if you want to discuss this situation further. Adviser did not listen to my request,and tried to charge me for a covered service.

My First car experience Great pricing, quick service, and a lot of choices. Agree on a price, and close the deal, (driving off the lot) in 60 minutes... very knowledgeable staff! Definitely worth my 2hr drive. Thanks Garrett and Makenzie!!

A Professional Service Department What a relief to find a find a professional service department that cares about the customer and not just the upsell. Finish new car delivery There was a misunderstanding between Garrett to myself about who is supposed to call who to the finish up of delivery of my new car. There was a scratch on the hood and it was fixed. I would have liked to get more money on my Mazda 3 trade, l took good care of it. Joe helped out as well.
