Chris James was personable, laid back, and helpful. We came in with a list of criteria and he was quick to help us find good options and caution us about vehicles that wouldn't be a good fit. No pressure and great about answering questions and getting us the information we needed. He's definitely what made us choose to go with Laird Noller.

Chris James was awesome! No pressure while still offering options he thought we might like, answering questions, and giving us a heads up about issues. Helped us pick a good car that fit us and respected when we weren't interested in something. However, I have to take a star off for their Finance Manager who was the complete opposite. High pressure and kept circling back to sell us stuff we'd already declined. Thankfully he was only handling the paperwork and did his job when we declined.
