The problem was explained clearly as well as the necessary solution. The time and cost required to complete the repair was laid out with sufficient detail to be understandable.
Everything is clean and in good shape, comfortable seating with coffee, snacks and Wi-Fi. The staff are polite and professional. My car was serviced quickly and then washed.
Employees were great. They all gave special attention to disabled husband and to my dog which I had with me. Not at all pushy, but very helpful.
We were given immediate service and all questions were answered. Huy went the extra step to get another price discount for us. We were pleased with the car and the service.
Had my car for multiple weeks without updating me. Didn't order parts needed multiple times because 'they forgot' wouldn't return phone calls I had to keep calling back. Didn't put on the interior trim back on I had to do it myself.
Routine service was efficient There was a problem, promptly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction
