Pre made appt. took 3 hours for a 1 hour job. Made a while you wait warranty oil change appt. Arrived 10 minuets prior & checked in and they had me in their system. I advised service rep I would run a few errands rather than wait in customer lounge. Left phone # for contact requesting a call when it was done. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I called to see if there was a delay. It wasn’t even being worked on yet. I recd a personal phone call from the service manager himself this AM. Day after complaint filed. Profuse apology offered , employee was dealt with and I was offered a free oil change on my next visit ! They did an excellent follow up on my complaint and I am very impressed with their quick response and their efforts to make sure I was satisfied!! Things are square between us an I will return to their shop !
Fast and accurate They did miss that I had a warranty but was reimbursed The service was completed fast and they sent somebody to pick me up at home. They were very apologetic about missing that the car was under warranty
Great service! Our salesman (Garrett) was great, he explained all the features in every car we drove and helped us in every way he could. The finance guy (Nick) made everything quick and painless and worked to get me the best interest rate. I absolutely love my SUV it works great for my families and our needs. Great customer service all the way through our process. Everyone was very friendly.
Steering column replaced Jon Frederick helped me get my steering problems fixed when two other people said there was nothing wrong with the car. Jon showed great professionalism.
