Fast and thorough. Got me right in and out promptly and process was thorough. I had made an appointment so I was planning on it being honored instead of getting in the queue. Apparently this time it worked.
2. Hour oil change 2 hour oil change....was not advised they were rotating my tires ...kinda wanted to do that thru the shop i bought them from but was nice to just make one appt. Overall i think service does a good job maybe poor managed staffing. Hyundai car overall....not really happy have had 10,000 in warranty work done. Thanking Jesus i bought the extendef warranty even tho i dont think u should have to w a new car. I would not recommend a Hyundai to anyone. for this reason. No waiting! A panel was dragging underneath my car. They took a look at it right away, removed it and ordered a replacement. Two days later, the new panel was in. When I arrived, they installed the new part right away. So within minutes, my problem was fixed! I am so impressed with their service!
Service center The service manager always acts stressed out and overworked. Does not make you feel welcome or appreciate my business. Seemed upset that I had a free oil change certificate, that I got when I bought the car.
Service and business office Service good. Very helpful to have courtesy car to give rides home while vehicle being worked on then picked up when vehicle ready. Business manager very helpful with extended warranties
oil change and new. tires service was fine and completed on time. However it did take 3 calls to get a tire estimate. Inspection found cabin air filter and less than adequate windshield wipers which i replaced. Tire salesman was helpful.
More expensive than what I seleced If I hadn't been told I needed a service that I later found out I did not need, this would be a stellar review.
Wonderful Service!!! In and out to get a new sway bar on my Hyundai Sanota. I pulled in at 9am and was out by 10:30am ready to roll on! Can’t ask for more than that 😁 Thank You Raymond and to the excellent suspension technician. Enjoyed driving a new Tucson while I waited! Appreciate All
Always great!! My experience with Laird Noller Lincoln Mazda Hyundai is always excellent! I bought my first Hyundai Santa Fe in 2001 and bought my latest one in 2013. I'll always own a Santa Fe. If I've ever needed anything, Laird Noller Hyundai has always taken care of my needs with professional, courteous, service. Usually, I wait while my Santa Fe is being serviced, and I never have to wait more than an hour! Great service!!
