Stay clear of this company. I used Noble years ago and it is clear they have not improved with time. This is an awful company that continually lied through the entire refurbishment process and used substandard products throughout. they may be able to do a basement, but stay away from them if you are doing general building works, they do not have a clue. If I could have given zero I would have done.
When mistakes are made, you can fess up, deal with them and move on, or you can hide, pretend they never happened and make things even more difficult for the person who pointed out the failures. The Noble way is decidedly unnoble. It has been an awful experience and quite unlike any build I have ever done. Never again. Basement membrane not installed properly. Screws straight through the membrane into the concrete structure behind thus compromising integrity, steels that were not properly enclosed in a membrane, membrane that stops at the concrete floor - the list is endless and so are the damp issues. Warranty is not worth the paper it was written on and customer service virtually non-existent. As others have commented - nothing Noble about them.
