I went there today to get my key programmed on my 2016 van. All the need to do was some computer work I asked them before how much it would be and it was 40$ once it was all done I got the bill and it was almost 10 dollars more higher than what was said why might you ask because they charged me an environmental fee which they said was to help maintain the shop like rags and stuff I could understand if that was for an oil change but for a 10 min key programming is ridiculous don't expect me to return anytime soon I'll take my... read more
First of all the one star is far to generous. In fact I wish I could give you negative stars. Secondly Torren is far to good of a saleman for this place. Third of all your finance department sucks. We were there on a Saturday and finance did not even attempt to run our credit till Wednesday night when I came back and complained and showed them that it had not been run on credit Karma. I went to purchase a vehicle from this so called dealership, and the the sales rep was rude. I told him that I didn't have a cosigner and I had no credit due to just turning 18 and would be willing to put money down. I was laughed at and told that I would need a cosigner! I took a little road trip to Dewey dodge and was able to get a 2015 Dodge Dart with zero down and no cosigner! I don't recommend this place! Very bad customer service!
I took my 08 Silverado to have body work done after some deer damage. Took nearly 6 weeks for them to call and say they had the parts. Then told by the collision department the repairs would take 3-5 days and that 5 days would be the max length of time they would need to have the truck. After three phone calls on day 4 to check on the progress, we are told the truck probably won't be done until later in the week...more likely day 7 or 8. Great experience with the Service Department yesterday. They called and kept me constantly updated on my repairs and prices of items not covered under warranty. All around friendly atmosphere and good people to work with!
Bought a brand new car from them and there wasn't much follow through. Never received anything in the mail, no thank you or anything. That is a lot of money to give a company without any continued customer service. Had problems with my car and took it in. When I got the loaner car it was disgusting. It smelled so badly of cigarettes and the car was filthy. Was the worst week ever driving a loaner that I had to spray fabreeze in and keep the windows down, let alone the seats and interior were just as bad as the smell.
