I came here pre approved to buy a new 2014 Ford Escape yesterday. After my husband was blatantly ignored and treated badly by the manager inside we left. We went home later that night with an Escape from their Ankeny competition instead. Will not step foot on this property again.
I was in Newton on business and took my vehicle in for maintenance. Had both rear drums and wheel bearings changed. Everything was great until three months later when I began hearing a knocking noise. Found out it was the bearings again. Took it back to Noble for repairs (which I wasn't charged for) and everything was working great until 150 miles later when I pulled off to fuel up and the knocking was back... this time with a grinding noise to boot.
