Had a really good experience there. Got set up with a meeting, gave myself options if certain plans did work out...and sure enough they got me rolling out of there with one of my selections. Was real quick and easy and was made possible by one of their really good salesmen who explained everything I had questions on and then some.
Took my truck in there 8 different times to get a power steering problem fixed. They didn't fix it right because I didn't buy it from their dealership. And that was a quote from the mechanic their price for a new truck was over $10000 more than woodhouse for the same truck.
Noble Ford is awesome. I bought my car new and have the free oil change for life. I also bought the detail when I take my car in they rent me a car for $10 and it is always an awesome ford fusion .You guys are great!
After a few days at Noble Ford it didn't look promising but thanks to Yodi and the Noble Ford staff everything got worked out and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. My wife is very happy and thankful with her Ford Escape with the automatic starter and the grandkids love the sunroof. I look forward to future when I return to purchase a truck. Thank you Noble Ford for making things a reality for our family.
Good experience other than them adding a warranty that cost us 2600 that I said multiple times we did not want and was a hassle get them to give us our money back on top of it. I will never buy a new truck from them again.
My 2011 Town and Country was having some mechanical issues that had been present since I purchased the vehicle a little over a year ago. The purchasing dealership out of Ohio informed me the noise was normal for the engine and I went on my way. Fast forward to now, and the noise became amplified. A quick inspection of the vehicle and Noble techs were able to diagnose the issue. I got a phone call saying they were interested in buying my car that is mechanically sound and books at about $2200 according to KBB and they offer me $100. Seriously? Will never walk in that place again. It's one thing to shoot an offer that I wasn't willing to accept, but any vehicle that runs is worth more than that. What a joke.
