We bought a vehicle from Noble Auto Group in Newton on March 3rd. We returned it on March 9th due to hail damage that was not disclosed to us. We saw the damage right when we got it home and parked it in the garage. It was a certified vehicle and therefore cannot have any damage. They were very rude to us during the entire experience of trying to get my trade in back. It is back on their website for the same price, still saying it is certified, and says clean auto check. This past Thursday we were headed home from Des Moines stopped at the Colfax BP and received bad gas. We were approx 100 miles from home had our vehicle towed to Noble and then headed back home. Called the next morning and talked to Dennis the service manager he was super helpful. He keep in touch with me and let me know everything that was going on with the vehicle. I want to thank Noble Auto Group for helping me and doing everything to get me in a newer car! I highly recommend Noble if your looking for a new car and everyone else is turning you down and not giving you a chance go on out and talk to them! Very nice people and very helpful staff! I went to a bunch of other car lots and they wouldn’t give me a chance at all went out to noble and they want to get me in a new car with in the first 5 minutes of me being there! Definitely will be my go to place from now on!
Absolutely hands down worst business I have ever worked with, nothing but one lie after another from the beginning and now will have to drive 3 hours back to their dealership to pick up our vehicle that they already have sold because they sent our bank a check for $2500 less than what they said we were getting. Took time off of work to sell the vehicle now will have to take more time to go get it after it has already been sold to someone else. I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy!
