For vehicle repairs, they'll take your money and not fix your vehicle correctly. They are liars and cheaters. I need a major repair done on one of my cars right now, but I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out how to get it done out of town.
Spencer Peterson did a great job working with our unique needs. Both Spencer and his manager, Doug, listen to our situation and helped us find a vehicle that can be modified to a conversion van. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle. Just a willingness to help meet our needs. Thank you Spencer and Doug for all of your help.
Our sales person did her very best to accommodate or wants and needs. Stacy went above and beyond to see us in the vehicle we wanted! Shon in finance was very professional and wonderful to work with. I think our experience was definitely a 5! I know the people cleaning used cars work hard but I feel like things could have been done a lot better, gum, soda stains and just some time to slow down and have the professional look Noble wants to portray to the buyers.
I bought a car here last week from Jeremy Vesley very good salesman to work with and was in contact with me through the whole thing. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had in a dealership. Thanks for everything Jeremy!
The Fast Lube Service department has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and they're ready for your car at the time of your appointment. I have had an oil change, tire rotation, and front end alignment done with them. Today I worked with the main Service Department to diagnose a seat warmer which was not functioning correctly. They ran the diagnostic, have ordered the part, and will be installing it in the next couple of weeks. I'm also very impressed with this department.
