A fantastic experience for our wedding ceremony and drinks reception. Alisdair, Ben and Remi and the team were absolutely brilliant in all aspects of our wedding day from the planning to organising everything on the day. Super easy going, very chilled and relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. It was exactly what we were looking for in our venue. Their communication was fantastic throughout. We had two nights stay here as a couple with our dog in October 2025 and I absolutely cannot fault this place. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an 'excellent' room and it felt so luxurious. The little touches were amazing and facilities excellent (Dyson fan and hairdryer). It felt really personal and homely but also very hands off and respectful of privacy. One of the best hotels in Cheltenham. Great place, very clean and homely, perfect locations, staff are polite and helpful. Love the complimentary Port every time I stay :)
Beautiful boutique hotel, very attractive internally and externally. Nice staff and nice vibe throughout. Like most boutique hotels it’s attractive but can be very annoying too! Basics, like the shower always flooding the whole bathroom floor with a cm of water, which means you have to waste every towel to dry the floor, which is incredibly wasteful of water and towels, and yet they put the silly note in the bathroom about wanting to conserve and not change towels daily, which is laughable.
