I went on a friend's recommendation for my son's haircut. He grew his hair for 6 months as he wants to have them long. I only asked the guy to tidy up, cutting from the front that it does not cover his eyes, but make sure the length is still long. The guy had severe language issue, didn't understand English and chopped all of his hair really short. Even when I said you took the length off, he still didn't listen and carried on. One of the best barbers in birmingham let alone erdington people treat you like family there no rush with you cuts aswell they make sure they do it properly I recommend this barber to anyone
New staff that did a very poor job. Probably the worst skin fade I've ever had. I won't be returning. What a shame.
