Booked a room for my husband via their own website. Was given a booking reference and received e-mail confirmation of the booking. When my husband arrived to check in the whole place was CLOSED! He called the guest house and was diverted to an answer phone where he left his contact number. The owner phoned him back only to tell him that they were in America!
