I had been wanting to get a balayage for 5-6 years, but my experience at Njoy was very disappointing. Since I’m very careful about my hair, I asked before booking if it was possible to do a balayage without using bleach. They assured me that since it was my first time coloring my hair, bleach wouldn’t be needed. However, after the appointment, the color was barely visible, and no one could even tell I had a balayage done. Extremely disappointed over treatment of a ill grandaughter and my daughter today, your loss of business you obviously couldn't afford a cancellation of appointment through no fault of there own I really hope you can afford the poor review VERY poor treatment of regular client
