Professional and high quality service
Horrible cleaning for which they overcharged. Even when I sent proof of the bad quality of cleaning, they refused to refund me, ghosted me for months until one year later they only gave me a partial discount.
They cleaned my friend’s flat and the standard of cleaning was horrible. There were so many things missed and the team did not do a good job at all. When my friend tried to express her complaints, the customer service was awful and they didn’t even try to hear her out. I would not recommend at all.
The WORST cleaning company. They promised end of tenancy cleaning and that’s what I paid for. They charged me £420 and when the cleaning was done there was human waste left in the toilet, the cleaner disposed of metals in the toilet as well. There were stains in the cupboard and on the stove. Footprints were left in the bathroom. Multiple drawers were completely ignored and not cleaned. Limescale left on the sink area.
