The concierge was not so welcoming , the black woman was very rude and and didn’t want to open the main door for me cuz I forgot my keys inside, other day I’ve asked about a parcel and she was very offended and acted like she owed the building, unfortunately I won’t book again because I was treated badly and disrespected
Very nice rooms , good prices , staff are lovely
The 2 bed apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the nights stay. Paid open car park next door. Walking distance to the shops & places to eat. Short drive to 02 Birmingham. Would recommend staying there.
