We had an accident Christmas morning when my toddler fell down while visiting family out of town. Just for peace of mind we tried to find an urgent care place to get his shoulder checked out. We happened upon NiteHawk and were extremely pleased. Unfortunately he broke his collar bone, but the doctor and staff were amazing. Even though I live an hour away, I would definitely make this drive if we needed an urgent care place in the future. Wonderful treatment all around.
Just had to take my daughter in on Christmas Eve and had a very good experience from the time I called and when we left. Everyone was nice, patient, and very good with my daughter and our concerns. I'm so glad we know they are there if we ever have any issues after hours, weekend, or holiday. Thank y'all so much !
Hardly any wait. The staff was extremely kid friendly. And it was traumatic at all for my child.
Love Nite Hawk! Have been here several times with both of my children and have never been disappointed. They are very friendly and professional. If you need a place to take your child/children after your pediatrician is closed this is definitely the place to go!
Extremely happy with the set up of this facility. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable and created trust with my child in order to work on him. In network provider with united healthcare, so I only paid my $50 copay. I didn't have my medical cards on me, but they knew how to get a copy of it through their website. Pre-check in on-line made it convenient without having to fill in forms when I arrived.
