Short wait time and excellent bedside manner from the doctors and nurses. They were also prompt at returning phone calls or letting me speak to the doctor, when I had questions about medications and such. They called me a few days after our visit, to follow up on how my kids were doing and also informed our pediatrician about our visit to Nite Hawk, which is much appreciated. The best pediatric urgent care ever.
Have taken our little one in twice and had a great experience both times. Eased our anxiety and helped our little one feel better.

Best urgent care I've visited to date! We went in at 6pm on Saturday when my kiddos fever spiked and he developed red bumps in his mouth...they were the only urgent care open in the area so I expected a big wait. Maybe 5 minutes in registration and into a room. Medical assistant Isabel was fantastic, sweet and quick. Doctor Booth was back with positive strep test, pleasant advice and a popsicle in less than maybe 7 minutes? 2-3 min to call out the prescription and we were out. My favorite urgent care for my toddler! They're incredibly sweet and patient with children. The staff take their time answering questions from both the patients and parents. When my toddler split open her chin, I knew I had to drive all the way to this location for their awesome service.
My daughter and I are visiting friends in Dallas with her one-year-old twins. The baby girl became ill (vomiting, fever, diarrhea) so we brought her to NiteHawk Pediatrics for evaluation. Dr. Booth, Nurse Alex, and Tech Isabel were absolutely amazing. They took great care of baby girl and showed us warm Texas hospitality. They exceeded our expectations. We can't thank them enough.
They seriously have the nicest and caring staff!!! I LOVE the fact that they are open after hours 365 days during the year!!! Yup even on holidays!!!
