We had such a great experience purchasing our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Tom was very helpful and listened carefully to our needs/must haves for our new vehicle. We went to three other dealerships before Turnersville and Tom was the only person we felt comfortable working with. Had a total crap week that clearly had to end with a flat tire Friday afternoon. I contacted Nissan with their online chat this morning, had an appointment set for 3, and by 3:15 knew that my tire could be repaired rather than replaced. I’ve been a customer since getting my 2011 Nissan Versa there (RIP) and I’m so glad I’ve stayed. To boot, it was super busy and my service associate Daniel T made me feel like the only customer, taking care of everything quickly and keeping me in the loop the whole time. Thanks, Daniel!
MISLEAD DURING MY TRADE IN AND PURCHASE. ULTIMATELY RESULTING IN EFFECTING MY CREDIT AND OWING THE DIFFERENCE IN THE BALANCE. HIGH PRESSURE AND MISLEADING SALES TACTICS TO GET THE JOB DONE. DOUBLE CHECK ANYTHING YOU SIGN WHEN DEALING WITH MANAGER MIKE MURRAY.
You might want to think twice and come with a lawyer to sign any contracts. They are deceiving and un-ethical. I bought a car in 2011 and they date (in service) for 2007. So my 120,000 96 month service warranty expired in 2015 and I paid for it until 2017. When asked I was told they have a signed contract. Prior to this wife bought a car niave to a Carfax report they showed her the first page only with no accidents. When we went to sell it we were given the true 20+ page report that had 3 accidents on it. Full me once shame ... read more
