Fantastic experience with Pierce Herbst. Very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Pierce really educated us on the Pathfinder, as we were deciding between that, and the Subaru Ascent. He sold us on the Pathfinder. Excellent test driving experience with Pierce as well. Paperwork was also smooth and uncomplicated. I had an appointment with the service department last week to have to find out why the heater in my car only worked on the passenger side. After a wait of 4 hours, and an estimate of $1,600.00 and was told it would take a few days to fix (after the part came in) I left totally frustrated. Yesterday I dropped my car off at a local mechanic, who ordered the part and fixed it in a day. The best part of this is that for the part, labor and tax it came to $91.62.
