Just wondering if it's customary to make a customer sit in the waiting room after financing a car for 3 hours???? After the salesman came in and out about 3 times and kept promising me my car would be done in 15-20 mins, I finally had to get up and go find out where he was to get my car. Oh and also wondering if it is customary for a dealership to allow 4 hard inquiries on your credit report for one deal????
