Service is horrible and is blowing me off about a rotted muffler system on my 2008 Armada!!!! Told me that they were going to fix it and three weeks later won't return phones calls and been given the run around! Finally got through today and spoke with the service rep I had talked to back on 5/20 and he told me he forgot to order the parts and acted like we never had the conversation!!!!!
I love when a company is able to take care of your needs! That's exactly what Nissan of Turnersville did for me. I have been a faithful customer ever since I purchased my Sentra in 2011 and they recognized my dedication to the company and this specific store. Its so easy for this dealer not to fix your car all they have to say is that's the way they all run. brought in frontier in vibration on gas pedal 1st answer that the way it should run (like crap I guess) .2nd service call they said I should push the overdrive button in and ride that way to solve problem 3rd service call back to saying it drives like crap live with it ,after buying 2 nissans last year thanks for the great service stay away from this service dept. unless you just want a oil change they did that good
