Such an easy car buying experience! We went in and looked at what we wanted. No haggling or harassment. Just nice and easy. Mason was great. Felt like I left with a new friend.
Tony Butler, and the managers, went above and beyond all expectations. We bought a used car for our daughter (not even a Nissan), and they treated us like we bought the most expensive car on the lot. The next time we shop for a car, we will start at Nissan of Turnersville. Example, there was a small rust spot on the hood, and instead of covering it with paint, they replaced the hood with a brand new one. Thank you, Tony, for taking good care of us.
When I arrived at the dealership I did not think I would be able to afford one of these beautiful cars so I was really just browsing. Mason Greenblatt was able to help me find a great car at a great price that worked with my budget. I recommend everyone in the market for a great car to go there. Ask for Mason. Okay so I just want to discuss my dissatisfaction with the nissan of turnersville! First of all I had my car towed at 11:30PM LAST NIGHT for a flat tire. I had to call them 5 TIMES today just for an update that nobody could give. So they send a driver at 3:30PM upon my request after calling and calling. Get there and my car has ADDITIONAL damage that was not there when my car got picked up. They tried to say they didn't have any loner cars after inconveniencing me and that I just had to wait and submit a claim to my insuranc... read more
