Terrible customer service. I bought a car here last October and it was supposed to have a remote start. I paid extra for the remote start too. It still has not been installed. Every time I go there, they say Nissan hasn't released the part yet. Then they said it would be released in February. Now they say the part won't ever be released. Then why did they sell me the option knowing it wasn't going to be installed.

Said the price was $23,999.00 when we got there now the price is $29,999.00 what a rip off !!!! Unbelievable how they talk BS! Should be reported to the better busses. 10 year old car that needed work! Wow
