Well deserved 5 stars from beginning to end my car buying process was a comfortable experience. It was my first time financing a vehicle and the sales person Jimmy helped me understand my options and got me into a vehicle Im loving. The finance manager was very helpful and made sure I got the best deal possible. I am very pleased with my purchase at Nissan of Staten Island.
Can't believe that in my seni,or years I became a victim of bait and switch. After a week of negotiations for a specific Altima we both came to an agreement on price. When I went into the dealership they put me into another model telling me it was a better vehicle with more options than the car I wanted. So I signed the deal. BIG MISTAKE. now they want nothing to do with me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
Total fraud of a company bought a car online from them was a miserable process and in the end they totally screwed me the car I saw had no damage and when i flew in to get it the door panel had stab marks the clown in finance was rude and a complete ass i bought the car but when i asked for some money off he refused and told me not to buy it after I spent hundreds flying in they are dishonest and are masters of internet fraud the only positive were victoria and jeremy they were great and should get jobs elsewhere
I am changing my review of Nissan Of Staten Island. They went out of their way to address my issues. The service was prompt, the employees polite, and Nicole did a wonderful job of addressing and taking care of all issues. With the replacement of some employees it seems service has gone way up!! I would definitely buy from them again, and would suggest them to others.
