I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Nissan of Staten Island. It started in the service center due to a recall on my previous car. They were very welcoming and pleasant. I was able to utilize the shuttle - a free service by the way- to take me to and from work (on Staten Island) while they took care of my car. Horrible customer service!!! Went in last week to make a deal on the rogue sv. Brian called yesterday and told us to come in to make the deal!! We went in to the dealer to get the car and they were giving us the base model. Manager comes over and tells us that they’re not in business to lose money and they couldn’t do the deal!! We had some words and walked out!!! I don’t recommend dealing with them because they are a bunch of idiots who don’t know what they’re doing
