Yesterday, I had a great day to get my new truck is 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport with my Parents after I return my 2015 Altima back to dealership and I love my new Rogue Sport
Very unpleasant experience ! I returned to this dealership because I had purchased my Nissan several years ago and wanted to buy another. Mistake ! They totally waisted my time .
Daily calls to my home and cell about my lease ending in March. I have asked them to stop calling numerous times . Better off dealing with and outside leasing company and not dealing with them direct .
Great experience. Walked in to Nissan of Staten Island after two days of being at Island Toyota trying to finance a car of my liking and walked out of Nissan with a great deal and great car. Nissan did everything for me. Worked within my budget, found the perfect car for me, called my insurance company to have everything switched, and even had the patience for me to run home and grab my down payment. Very satisfied. Thank you Nissan !
Much better than the old place. Wayne helped us. Very nice and helpful. The old place had grouchy men. Much improved. And when your deal is complete they blow a really loud car horn and all the lights go crazy in the showroom. A little embarrassing but on the other a nice touch.
