I'm on my 5th lease from this dealership since 2004. EVerything was great up until this last one. They've ruined my credit history. Keep saying they will handle everything - does NOTHING! Nissan Finance still thinks I should have made payments on the car I gave back to the dealership in Nov. 2016!!!!!! New owners/management are disgraceful. Will never lease another car from them, nor recommend to others.

Seems ok. There all out to sell, make a profit of course, so would I. Don't like The fact that your insurance is switched over to a vehicle you're looking to purchase before knowing if you can afford it. Sure if you can't it needs to be switched back to your original own vehicle why waste that time though

I went in for oil change and to see if they could remove a stain I had on passenger front door. They said they couldn't remove it, it would have to be painted. I said doesn't Titan VIP cover that. It says paint protection. The finance manager told me that if I had rust or damage that they would repair. Service department said they never heard of it. They suck they pulled a switch on me at night didn't realize it wasn't the car I ordered and basically the next morning I called them and went there. They said basically too bad. That manager is one shady person and I have dealt with nissan for years would never go back. And I tell everyone I know to stay away from them.

Don't bother going to Nissan's service office unless you want to wait an entire day before getting your car back. We were given a 9am service appointment and when we dropped off the car were told we would get a call within 2-3hrs. 3pm not one single call from them. Went back to the service office and was told they just started looking at the car although they had it since 9am. Was told I had to wait another hour to have it fixed and pay out of pocket $125 for a vehicle that's still under warranty. Left Nissan at 5pm with no ... read more

Will flat out lied to you over the phone to get you into the dealership telling you they have a car when they don't and then try to sell you something that you do not want. Waste of my time
