Bait and switch. found a car I liked on cars.com also saw it on cargurus and the dealers website but just in case I still called the dealership b4 I went there, they said they had the car I wanted. and told me what address it was at because they have 2 locations. Low and behold I get there and get greeted at the door. I tell the salesman I called about 40 mins ago I'd like to see the car . Fantastic customer service, from start to finish. Damiano said that they were the honest dealership and didn't worry when we said we wanted to get a quote from Route 22. He said we'd be back and that's exactly what happened. They were so respectful of my time and requests. No tricks; no doubletalk. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
staff was very nice. Only problem I had that they made me wait a half hour saying they were washing my truck. 1 it was raining no need to wash it. 2 my inside was never vacuumed 3 my rims were still very dirty. My truck never got washed. So tell them no need to wash your vehicle.
Always take care of my silver bullet
Sales manager Jaed did not deliver on what he said about turning in my Hyundai with them . We were told don’t worry about a little bit of damage returning the car because they (Nissan ) would cover up to $500 . Eventually he reneged on his offer after I got a bill for $440 H gave some BS story that we mis understood him while even the salesperson knew what was said. I plan on contacting someone higher up the chainin the Titan Group to see if I can get some satisfaction,
