I went in today. This morning for a recall on my 2014 Nissan Altima cvt. Program module. Just needed to be reprogrammed. We wanted to drive a truck model that was stored in Queens. We were asked to leave a 200$ deposit in order to show our commitment to show up 2 days later for the test drive. No commitment to purchase it. They promised to return our $200 deposit whether we make the purchase or not. It has been over a month and we have not received our deposit back. We called and left our number. Nobody has called us back. We will dispute the charge with American Express.
I had a pretty good experience buying a new 2019 Sentra. Igor and Ibrahim were very nice. everything went smoothly until they couldn't find a second set of keys for my car. they said they would locate it and either mail or deliver it personally to my house. well that never happened. i get a call telling me I had to bring my car back in so they could copy my remote and key. took way longer than I expected. 2 hours. I was a bit annoyed why I had to be inconvenienced for their incompetency in this matter.
Wonderful people and exceptional service. Just picked up 6th Nissan. Fernando is the best
