Worst dealership EVER!!!! From sales to service. Sold me a car that had structural damage and didn't disclose it to carfax until almost a year after I purchased it...Took car in for service with an abs issue. Told me it wasn't covered under warranty and would be at least $2000 to fix. Decided to take it to another nissan dealership for 2nd opinion, turned out to be a $300 sensor that was actually cover ed. Straight SCUM!
Don't go to SI Nissan!!! Went there for 0 down on a 2013 Altima coupe and was told I had to put down over $3,000!! They force a cup of coffee on you and then keep leaving you sit there. Salesman could barely speak English and would not give me my license back until I threatened to call police!! This is why I buy used cars on eBay!! Would have given 0 stars if I could!!
HORRIBLE!!! Their internet prices are apparently flawed by $10,000!!!! Told us ALL of their internet prices are wrong! Only thing we got from there was a cup of coffee! If there was an option to put no stars that's what they would get. Inquired online for their "special offers" no one contacted me, drove all the way there with a baby in the rain to just be told "oh those MSRP prices are wrong!" Manager couldn't even come out an apologize for the inconvenience.
