I bought a vehicle from here in early 2017. I went in with financing set in place, drove from 2 hours away to purchase the vehicle and the salesman was very friendly and I was pleased with my experience. I just noticed that I have 3 inquiries on my credit report from this same day from the same transaction that stemmed from Fenton, which was not approved. I figured this would be an easy fix. Buying a car, yes... service department, no! Sales people awesome, service don’t bother setting an appointment.... people who arrive way after you leave well before you some who didn’t have an appointment (from casual conversation). Second time an oil change has taken over 2 hours. Buy here, sure... get serviced... go somewhere else. 10:15am appt, service dept NOT busy... 12:15 car finally getting serviced and yet people who came way after me are long gone. Todd in sales was great! We drove from out of town and upon arrival we were greeted right away and everyone was very nice and helpful, they had a nice playroom to keep our kids busy and allowed them to play, relax & watch tv while we did our paperwork. Todd helped us in the buying process and was very polite, he got us in and out with the exact car that we wanted in a good timely manner and we were very happy we made the trip as well as with the end results!
