If you could give a negative review I would. This place shotgunned (submitted credit) to all banks, I strictly said NMAC ONLY. They REFUSED to show me a write up to see the numbers, because I knew something WASN’T right. Then placed a HOLD on me so I can’t go somewhere else for 30 DAYS. FENTON NISSAN IS SHADY!!
The customer service in the Service Depot is spectacular, will not find it better anywhere else. Wait times are reasonable and I have definitely found my spot for future vehicle purchase.
We went to Nissan in Rockwall to buy a car. They were the best people ever. They don’t pressure you. Went way beyond being very attentive to us. Of all the places we have ever bought cars, this was the easiest of all to deal with! And I got the car I wanted and drove it home! Thank you Nissan we will definitely use you again�
RecommendedIt was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership, they got me into a brand new car with less-than-perfect credit, and the staff were so great and helpful through the process. They really got me the car I was looking for at the price I wanted, and they worked hard to make it happen! I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Received horrible service here.I left a detailed review on yelp..They pretended to care by calling us back..They still haven’t sent us our 20$ amazon gift card for test driving..If it’s not so don’t say it don’t even imply it
