Bait and Switch. We found what appeared to be a great deal online. I conversed with a few reps via email and was given an out the door quote on the vehicle we saw online. With the quote in mind, we were ready to buy, so we scheduled a visit and made the hour long trip out to Fenton Nissan. I really enjoy coming out to Fenton. This time I was having my 10k service done. Pretty straight forward service. I love the free car washes and the wait area which has variety of drinks and power outlets to use my laptop while I wait. Being able to look into the service bay is always neat. Got my car back and it was cleaned inside as well. Johnny is one of the best service advisors I've had the pleasure working with these past couple years I've been a customer.
I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my vehicle, including the package that included oil and filter changes along with tire rotation. Took car in today for scheduled oil/filter/tire rotation and they told me the insurance wouldn't cover $35 of the bill so I had to pay it. When I told them they were who insured it the service guy said he would take care of it. Now I think I got ripped off. I will be talking to Nissan about this.
I had the best experience severce my car here I love the two staffs that help me
I am not fond of this dealership. If asked my opinion, I will inform people that I would choose to shop elsewhere.
