The service manager Anthony was thorough in explaining needed maintenance on my vehicle. He kept me apprised of progress while I waited; and also brought to my attention the need to replace my windshield & rear wipers. The waiting room was comfortable and had coffee & muffins for waiting customers. This came in handy for me as I did not eat any breakfast this morning. Restrooms and the showroom was clean, organized, and very busy. I am a very satisfied customer.
I was very pleased overall with my experience at Fenton Nissan. Troy was the best salesman and the finance department went above and beyond to meet my needs. Would recommend this place anytime!
I bought a 2018 Kicks on July 14th and as of today Sept 7th I have NOT received my licence and registration. I have called numerous times and all I get from them is "I'll have to check on it and call you back", as of today I have NOT received a call from them. Today I check with DMV and they haven't received any paper work from Fenton. On the 12th of Sept I will have a new car that I can't drive because it has NO REGISTRATION. We purchased 4 cars from this dealer within a 2-week time span in April/May. 2 of the cars still do not have the plates. We have had to go back continuously to get updated temporary tags. I have left repeated messages for them to contact me and have NEVER received a call back. 1 of the cars, the check engine light came on when driving home and they took it right back in to get fixed. My husband and I bought a Nissan Murano and we love the car. Our car salesman Mr Nathan Barrett is kind patient and understanding. He listened to us and understood what we needed and he did not try to pressure us. We had been to several dealerships and not been treated well and we found that Mr. Barrett has good character and that's uncommon nowadays.
