Don’t waste your time. Even though a stated tenet of Fenton is to not waste your time they will readily accept your car for an oil change and act surprised when questioned as to why it hasn’t moved in two hours, even when they are not busy. Their demise is earned.

They are shady. Owe my daughter money $1,595.99 since September and giving her the run around. Go somewhere else people. They are rude and snakes

We purchased a vehicle on October 6 and just got our plates yesterday, December 4, the day before our temporary tags expired. I had to go to the dealership multiple times, call, and email to finally get them. It was ridiculous. I have filed a complaint with the DMV and will be contacting the BBB as well. Hopefully there won't be an issue with my bank getting the title but I'm not very confident that will happen. I have not received my plates and I purchase over a month ago! They keep having different reasons on why they do not have the plates ! There are behind after looking at other reviews. People who bought a car in august still have not received plates

I wish I didn’t buy my car from here. My vehicle got totaled and we came looking. I got a good deal on the car but I purchased it in JULY 2017 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PLATE. I have called multiple times and been given the run around over and over again. Unprofessional, uncalled for, and unacceptable. The first time, there was a mess up on paperwork, the second time they didn’t know what happened, the third time they were switching ownership. All the other times, no answer. They only care about making money.

They can keep there word as far as there contracts instead of lie to there customers. Horrible Management.

Took our trade in and sold it but did not pay off the note. Can't sue because of arbitration agreements they make you sign.
