Unless you want to make payments on something you don’t have I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. I went into this dealership because I know a salesman who worked there and was interested in a Nissan Kicks. After being there for over 5 hours late into the night the finance guy tells me it’s going to be more than what was talked about in the other room. Almost 6 weeks after they cashed a huge $ check they have not processed our title and plates. They are not returning calls or VM and are selling/so led dealership? Multiple people have left their jobs there. What is going on?
I cant speak for sales but for service, uh, no! Unless you like a ridiculous lack of communication skills, go elsewhere.
They are crooks violating State Law refusing to register my daughters vehicle and purchase her tags. These are facts I confirmed at the RW Tax collectors office and also in Austin. I was told by them in a recorded message today that “They couldn’t.” Dealership is being sold out from under them so they do not care about following the law.

went in to buy a Murano saw on sales floor marked at 24,000 but when I looked it over I saw hail damage--asked if there was another--the salesman said yes the same model same deal -waited from 3pm to 8pm to finalize the deal so tired I was not told that the price was different I was charged the sticker price over 30,000 plus they put extended warranty on without asking or telling me I was so tired I didn't look closely but went back within the 3 day return they said time is up no return bait and switch these people are very ... read more
