Yesterday was my first and last time going to this dealership for service. when I pulled up I waited in my car for assistance due to I didn't know what the Covid policy. I noticed 4 guys at the desk which I was never greeted. I decided to walk in and wait in the front, literally I stood looking clueless where to go or what to do, again this was my first time at the dealership. Apparently they took my money for the warranty and never sent it to Nissan, so I have no extended warranty.
RecommendedEveryone is so nice and friendly here...the dealership is pretty nice too! We enjoy coming here, even though we do live in North Ft Worth!

Great service and beautiful facility
Took my Sentra in to have a speaker replaced after being blown off by the Greenville dealership where I originally purchased the car. This dealership was right on top of things, and got me all fixed up! Although they are an hour out of my way this is where I will be bringing my car for future services! Thank you Fenton Nissan, and Richard for helping me!
