Absolutely fantastic service with Justin Williams. We have been to many dealerships and have never experienced the customer service like we did today.He was very helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for and made this a fast process without making us feel rushed or just a number. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends!
Should really be able to give zero stars!!! Service dept is horrible. My Altima has been in twice. Both times required a part. Required me to come pick it up and they would call when the part arrived. Both times I had to call them back!!!!! It's the only place my tires have been rotated. Today I went to discount tire to get a flat fixed. Ooooh what do ya know there's no wheel lock because the incompetent asshats who used it last didn't put it back. I will never ever buy another vehicle from here. Incompetent IDIOTS!!!!
So, I'm just driving down the road and the passenger side airbags decided to deploy for no reason. Nissan of McKinney says I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do about that, and I can still drive it. They are stupid! I bought this brand new off the lot. I'm stressed.
Worst dealership, service department, and vehicle ever. Do not buy anything here or from Nissan. Worst purchase decision ever.
