If it looks like a snake, hisses snake, and strikes like a snake, it is probably a snake. � I would give this place a zero if possible. The "owner/general manager", David Kelley is pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. And to learn after it's all said and done they fire the salesman for trying to do the right thing..this dealership should be ashamed of itself.
Nissan of McKinney has given me no choice but to hire an attorney. My car has been in the shop almost 11 weeks, and 0 updates. All I get told is that its under an engineer review. This morning I was told that at the end of this month I will have to give back the rental and take my car as is.
I went in with my son and had a budget for him. As a single mom, I wanted to help him, but I needed them to understand that we have a limited income. They understood and walked him through the whole process and I felt like they were working for us and for Austin as well. I left knowing that they had our best interest in heart. Thank you Kevin, there were two Kevins that made this possible for him.
My father-in-law, who is elderly, purchased a car here. They did not honor the warranties promised. Allegedly gave him back the $2200+ he spent extra (which he didn't want in the first place) over a week ago when my wife called them out on it. Still does not appear as a credit on his loan. Once you sign, they don't care. Nissan of McKinney, you better honor your promises. This isn't the last you have heard from us.
Bought a car from Josh. Very knowledgeable, and honest dude...which is rare in the auto world. Definetly recommend going to see him if you're looking for a new vehicle. Also, special thanks to Vernon in finance for the laughs and honesty. Great experience at Nissan of McKinney.
