2nd time coming and was given great service. Took a little longer but my rep got me taken care of.
Only giving 5 stars because of Jake Poppenger. The initial contact with a service person was horrible. I had both warranty and service agreement that he tried to say I couldn't use. Started popping off a bunch of prices for the service I was requiring. And if that wasn't enough, when he was talking to my son in law on the phone he was huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes the whole time. To me this was very rude and unacceptable. Beware of the service department at this location. Took my car in for repairs they told me I needed a new transmission. $4500. Took it to another shop and turned out to be a new pan. $460. Unbelievable. Never going back.
This is absolutely the worst car dealership I've ever had to deal with. My car went into the shop last Thursday for some minor repairs. My husband picked up the car on Friday evening and one of the issues still wasn't fixed. He turned around and took my car back to the service department. Today is day six that my car has been in the shop and my husband hasn't received a single call from the service department this week. Every time he tries to call he gets the runaround. Purchased a new 2015 Nissan Armada and with less than 10,000 miles it has already been in the shop three times. The last time (12/26/26) it was for an issue with the automatic headlights not shutting off and causing the battery to die. Of course they said they found nothing wrong with the car & not only that but called me at 9 PM that night asking if I planned to return the loaner car when it had already been returned at 5 PM.
